We keep our classes small—just six students—so you receive personalized guidance and a nurturing experience. All sessions are held in the peaceful setting of Upward Light Healing & Yoga in downtown Mesa (just 20 minutes from most East Valley cities).
Reiki 1 and 2 Class Synopsis:
- History & Science of Reiki and energy healing
- Receiving and giving Reiki to yourself, others and animals.
- Reiki meditations, grounding, and clearing techniques
- Sensing the healing energy & how to trust your guidance
- Reiki Techniques, symbols & hand positions as taught by Mikao Usui
- Perform a self healing session and a practitioner session.
- Distant Healing explained and best techniques and practices.
- Using tools in Reiki. Creating a safe space for healing work.
- Questions, discussions & practice, practice ,practice.
After-class review (3 weeks post-class) via online: Join us for an online meetup to discuss experiences, answer questions, and receive community support on your Reiki journey.
