Reiki I introduces you to the foundations of Usui Reiki and empowers you with practical tools to support your own health, balance, and well-being.

• Understand and practice distance healing.
• Strengthen intuitive awareness and energetic sensitivity.

• Create safe, grounded healing sessions.
